Free Basic Telephone & Email Support - Have something pop-up asking to install that you have never heard of? Is your Internet not working? These are two common questions we get asked almost every day. We cannot emphasize enough to send us an email or give us a call, we are here to help. We are big believers in addressing small problems before they become big, helping educate you along the way and saving you time and frustration.
Note: If the question cannot be addressed quickly or easily, we will then recommend either a remote service or in-shop service to help further as the free telephone and email support is reserved for basic help only.
One Free Cleanup Service - Every Basic Membership comes with a free cleanup service that can be used anytime during the duration of the membership. This cleanup service normally takes 3-5 hours to complete and was developed to address a number of important aspects of the computer. Including, but not limited to a protection check, updates, driver support, performance review, tune-up, benchmark testing and creating a good system restore point.
$47/hr Rate - Basic Members are charged $47/hr for any Remote Service or In-Shop Service performed. There is no minimum charge. For example, if it takes us 15 minutes to fix your problem, you would be charged 0.25hr worth of time which equals $11.75. There is also a maximum 2hr charge of $94 per service. For example, if a badly infected computer took us 6 hours to repair, you know the cost would never exceed $94. This eliminates the fear of how much will the service cost, while allowing us to our job correctly and thoroughly.
Note: Parts and software costs are extra and are not included in the free cleanup or $87 maximum charge.
One Year Commitment - A Basic Membership is active for 1 year. If you need help, we’ll be there.
