We know how important your computers are to your business and how costly and frustrating it can be to have a computer fail or underperform, requiring you to take time away from your business to deal with these problems. 2WiredGuys can take over your computer service so you can get back to running your business. Here’s how it works:

For an annual membership fee of $397.00,
we will provide the following:

Analysis and recommendations: We’ll do an initial review and analysis of your computer set-up. We’ll take time to learn about your business and how you use computers. We’ll suggest short-term and long-term improvements.

|
Phone support: Call us and we will do our very best to solve your problem over the phone. If we determine this cannot be done, you can choose between the convenient remote service*, drop-off shop service or we’ll come to you.
E-mail support: We’ll answer your computer questions through e-mail. You never have to hesitate if you need help, or have a question—just send us an e-mail and help will be on the way. We check our e-mail 7 days a week: wecanhelp@2wiredguys.com.

$47/hr. Member service rates
($67/hr for non-members)
On-site service: We’ll service your computer at your place at the low membership service rate of $47/hr.** (Our non-membership rate is $67.00/hr.)

FREE In-Shop service: That’s right, if you bring your computer to the shop, we’ll service it for free!*

|
CHECK WITH US FIRST: When you want to add a new printer, a new computer, or make changes to your set-up, check with us first. We can make sure what you get is the best fit for your set-up and the price is right.

2WiredGuys mousepads: Our phone number and e-mail address right where you need them!

|
2WiredGuys e-letter: We’ll keep you up-to-date on the current technology news that is important to our members. We’ll try to explain what’s happening in the world of computers in words that you can understand.

COMMITMENT--This is the most important feature of our membership! As a business member, we know your computers are critical. No longer will you have to wonder who you’re going to call or if anyone is available, or even willing to help you. We will respond with the highest priority.

* The free in-shop service includes most hardware and software services. We reserve the right to limit the free service. If the situation calls for an unusual amount of time, we may request a fee. The free service fee is limited to service only and all parts and software will be charged to the member. The free in-shop service includes four PCs. Additional PCs can be added for $97 each.
** We currently do not charge for travel time for calls within 20 miles of Brookline, Vermont. We reserve the right to add a reasonable travel fee if necessary.
Prices and services included in memberships may change. 1 hour minimum service charge.
