This membership agreement is a one-year commitment by 2WiredGuys to do its very best in providing responsive, pleasant, professional, competent, and responsible computer/home electronics service for its members. This membership may be canceled by either the member or 2WiredGuys at any time. Basic membership fee will not be refunded.

2WiredGuys strongly advises members to backup critical data prior to any services performed by 2WiredGuys. Computer software, hardware, and the Internet are sometime unpredictable, and 2WiredGuys will not be held responsible for problems not directly related to actions or services performed by 2WiredGuys.

2WiredGuys will engage in the highest ethical standards with regards to its customer’s personal data and information and will safeguard this information with complete confidentiality.

Members receive one year 2WiredGuys commitment; free e-mail, and phone support; members-only service fees; e-letter subscription; members-only contests/give-aways/events; special members-only classes/seminars; special rates on 2WiredGuys gear.
