QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE PLAN

Sure, we can fix problems. But we’d rather prevent them.
We think it’s better to keep computers running properly through scheduled maintenance. The cost of fixing computer problems after they occur is a lot more than the service fee itself—loss of business and use of the computer, not to mention the time you may have already spent trying to fix the problem.

We can’t prevent all computer problems, but we can try! To help limit costs and down-time, Here’s how the plan works:

|
Scheduled service dates: We’ll schedule quarterly visits at a time when the service will be the least intrusive. For some, this means doing the work after hours. Not a problem, we don’t charge extra.
|
|
Phone support: Call us and we will do our very best to solve your problem over the phone. If we determine this cannot be done, you can choose between the convenient remote service*, drop-off shop service or we’ll come to you.
E-mail support: We’ll answer your computer questions through e-mail. You never have to hesitate if you need help, or have a question—just send us an e-mail and help will be on the way. We check our e-mail 7 days a week: wecanhelp@2wiredguys.com.

On-site service: We’ll service your computer at your place at the low membership service rate of $47/hr.**
|
|
FREE In-Shop service: That’s right, if you bring your computer to the shop, we’ll service it for free!*
|
|
Analysis and recommendations: We’ll do a review and analysis of your computer each time out. We’ll review this with prior visits to compare performance. We’ll suggest short-term and long-term improvements.
|
|
15-point service: We perform a 2WiredGuys 15-point service process, along with a physical clean and review. Using hardware benchmark tests, we’ll measure the performance of every component (hardware and software) of your computer and use this data for evaluation and comparison each quarter.
|
|
Additional Service: If you have service you want done on your computers and it is not urgent, wait until we come out for the quarterly visit and we’ll do that service then, eliminating the cost of a separate service call.

|
2WiredGuys e-letter: We’ll keep you up-to-date on the current technology news that is important to our members. We’ll try to explain what’s happening in the world of computers in words that you can understand.
|
|
COMMITMENT--This is the most important feature of our membership! As a business member, we know your computers are critical. No longer will you have to wonder who you’re going to call or if anyone is available, or even willing to help you. We will respond with the highest priority.

* The free in-shop service includes most hardware and software services. We reserve the right to limit the free service. If the situation calls for an unusual amount of time, we may request a fee. The free service fee is limited to service only and all parts and software will be charged to the member. The quarterly maintenance service includes four PCs. Additional PCs can be added for $197 each.
** We currently do not charge for travel time for calls within 20 miles of Brookline, Vermont. We reserve the right to add a reasonable travel fee if necessary.
